Zahoor Buledi wrote on Twitter that a joint petition has been filed with the Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court and IG Balochistan for the safe recovery of the missing members of the Assembly.

The alleged missing MLAs include Akbar Askani, Bushra Rind, Laila Tareen and Mah Jabeen Sheeran, who said in a video statement yesterday that they had medical tests and some private engagements due to which they were in Islamabad and Now we will return to Quetta.

Political analysts say the term “missing” is used in Balochistan with such intensity that members of parliament are now declared “missing” when they go on private visits and medical examinations.
