Hadiqa Kiani’s Twitter Post Flashes Back to Pop Music Era

Pakistan’s veteran pop icon, Hadiqa Kiani, took a trip down the memory lane with her colleagues and recalled the era of pop music of 2000s.

Hadiqa Kiani has been ruling the world of music since her childhood.

The youngest of 3 siblings had been sparkling the magic through her voice after completing her education in the relative field from her teacher Madam Nargis Naheed.

Back in the 1990s, Kiani hosted a children’s music program Angan Angan Taray that lasted more than 3 years. She sang more than a hundred songs for the participants.

Hadiqa, 46, saw her stardom in the 90s when she debuted as a playback singer in movies. Her first hit was composed by Adnan Sami Khan for the film Sargam.

Taking to her Twitter handle, Hadiqa Kiani stirred up the memories of her best days of the pop music era.

She shared some glimpses of the photoshoot from the original cover of the 2004 annual issue of Herald Pakistan.

The cover designed by the renowned photographer to date Tapu Javeri featured prominent musicians of the time.
