Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 following a raid at a party held on a Goa-bound cruise liner.
The cruise was carrying more than 800 passengers that left from Mumbai and around a dozen people were detained by the NCB on Saturday night.
Other than Aryan, 9 people including 3 girls, who are the daughters of prominent businessmen, were also detained in the same case.

Aryan’s cell phone was confiscated and scanned by the officials to ascertain any indication of his involvement in the possession or consumption of the drugs.

Moreover, Bollywood star Salman Khan was also spotted at Shah Rukh Khan’s residence.
According to sources, a senior lawyer revealed that since the drugs Aryan had in possession were in small quantity, his offense is predicted to be bailable.
In the recent event, NCB has decided to not proceed with the police custody of the 23-year-old Aryaan, therefore, he will be sent to judicial custody for further investigation.
