Mathira Empties Insta Photos & Videos Tray in Muharram
After actress Alizeh Shah received criticism for posting chador-clad photos, Mathira decided to respect Muharram in a different way
In reverence to 10 days of Muharram, Pakistani model Mathira removed all her photos and videos from her Instagram a day after actress Alizeh Shah received backlash for uploading her burka look.
Mathira, who had always remained in headlines due to her controversial school of thought and moves, has once again proven herself as a different character.

The model-turned-host posted the reason behind deleting the photos through her Instagram story.
“I have removed my pictures for some time. These 10 days of Muharram are different for every person. I attend Majalis and all so I don’t want my profile to have any pictures that are inappropriate for this month”, she wrote.
Living as a controversial figure for a very long time, Mathira has shown her other side this year.
She said that every person has different moral values and discouraged people who are possibly going to hurl accusations and hate comments at her for emptying her photo tray on social media.
With an account comprised of more than hundreds of pictures, Mathira has set a new standard by removing all that and now it is only left with 2 images.
Moreover, she has also changed her Instagram profile picture to that of a Hadith.
On the other hand, Actress Alizeh Shah had posted chador-clad photos of herself yesterday but it didn’t work out well as netizens picked apart.
The pictures were black and white with a contouring look on her face which weren’t giving off ‘impressive’ vibes according to the critics.
