‘Parizaad’ & ‘Laapata’ Ruling TV Screens Head to Head
Both projects had caught people's attention from the start and so far, the viewership have reached millions on YouTube
Hum TV’s two far-famed new drama serials including Laapata and Parizaad starring renowned personalities with capturing scripts and addressing social dilemmas have taken the viewers on an emotional rollercoaster ride.
Beautifully written and directed by Khizer Idrees, Laapata showcases a traditional family of Pakistani society where cousin marriages are considered normal and jealousy and differences bring twists and turns.

In the drama, Ali Rehman and Sarah Khan are showed interested in each other and TikTok star Ayeza khan is oftentimes seen interfering in their matters, hinting at her interest in Ali.
The latest episode accentuates the true meaning of women’s empowerment and the role of a female in society after marriage.
Although the fourth lead actor Gohar Rasheed hasn’t been introduced yet, the energy shared among the introduced three has been highly praised on Twitter.

On the flip side, Hashim Nadeem’s script Parizaad is about a male protagonist who hails from a less privileged family. It is about how the indigenous society treats him and leads him to a suicide attempt.
Parizaad, the character convinces the audience that a person trapped in suicidal thoughts only needs someone to listen to him.
In indigenous society, being judged on color and financial stability is common which is all depicted in the drama serial winning raves.
