SOC Criticizes Sonya For Rejecting to be SRK’s Sidekick
The Pakistani-Canadian filmmaker said that Sonya can never be Mahira Khan and her choice of words reflects her poor upbringing
After Mathira’s thoughts clashed with actress Sonya Hussyn, the latter has come under the spotlight with filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy (SOC) on her statement about Mahira Khan being a sidekick of Shahrukh Khan (SRK).
Sonya’s comments date back to 2018 when she appeared on Yasir Hussain’s The After Moon Show.
During the rapid-fire segment, the host inquired the actress that if she were Mahira Khan, which of her films would she never prefer to do.
Giving tough time to the guest, Yasir gave her only three options to choose from including Verna, Raees, and Ho Mann Jahan.
