The 2021 International Emmy Awards Red Carpet
These awards are in recognition of the best television programs broadcast and produced outside of the United States.
There are several Latin productions that have been nominated by the jury in the most recent edition of the 2021 International Emmy Awards.
This event was seen as follows: through the TNT signal the award ceremony will be broadcast, and on the Paramount + streaming platform it will be held one minute by minute from the moment the red carpet begins. The gala will also be broadcast live on the international academy website (iemmy.tv).
Today there will be 11 awards that reach a record number, since there were 44 nominees from 24 countries on this occasion. This recognition is one of the most important in the audiovisual industry, since it rewards the best productions with the highest standards that were made in the last year. This is the 49th edition of these awards and they will have a ceremony that will be face-to-face. It is worth mentioning that the nominations for this ceremony were announced on September 23, 2021.

International Emmy Awards: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Mexico have been nominated by the jury for this gala. For example, they selected the Argentine actress Valeria Betuccelli for her work on Tommy’s Notebook. She is nominated for best actress.
Brazil is also present at these awards with the nomination in the category of best telenovela thanks to Amor de madre. The production Cercados is also nominated for this country as the best documentary.
The name of actor Christian Tappan rings out in Colombia, who participated in the series The Robbery of the Century and is nominated in the category of best actor. On the other hand, the Colombian production, Campaign Promises, is on the list of nominees in the category of best comedy.
The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences will announce today the names of the winners in the 11 categories. These are: best performance by an actor, best performance by an actress, best comedy, best documentary, best drama series, best prime time program in a different language in English, best unscripted entertainment program, best short-form series, best soap opera, and best television movie or miniseries.
