US Citizens Are Avoiding Second Dose of Covid-19
Many citizens believe that they have already recovered from the first dose of the covid-19 vaccine
With the surge of the coronavirus pandemic around the world, some countries are striving to get their citizens vaccinated but amidst this, some five million US citizens are not ready for their second dose of the covid-19 vaccine.
The first wave of coronavirus has already badly affected the United States and especially New York, where a critical situation was faced by the patients as fewer hospital beds were left to cater to the demand.
Official records from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that nearly 8% of the US citizens are successful received first jabs of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines but they were reluctant to get their second doses.

The situation in the US has although stablized but still some 40,000 to 50,000 coronavirus patients are being reported daily.

The situation remains a challenge for the frontline health workers who are dedicatedly serving from dawn to dusk.
Moreover, the authorities were determined in vaccinating some five million citizens by April 9 but failed to do so as people thought they no longer needed it.
US Citizens are sharing a mix of thoughts as a number of first-jab receivers believe that their immunity is strong enough to fight the virus after the first dose of the covid-19 vaccine while the rest are concerned about the harmful effects associated.
Although the US was the first country to vaccinate some 100 million citizens amid coronavirus pandemic but now, the ratio has started to decline after April 13.
The reason behind this decline is the fact that a large number of citizens were being vaccinated Johnson & Johnson vaccine but after the cases of blood clots were reported, a ban was imposed on using the vaccine.
