A finance company is researching to find out whether high-budget horror movies deliver stronger scares than low-budget ones
A finance company named FinanceBuzz has opened a window of opportunity for all horror movie lovers to earn a handsome amount by watching a set of movies.
In a statement, the company has disclosed that the winner will earn $1,300 if that person remains successful in watching 13 horror movies.
The activity is scheduled to be held in October and it is planned following an effort to find out whether the size of a movie’s budget impacts its effectiveness.
In this regard, the company is also looking to hire someone for the position of Horror Movie Heart Rate Analyst.

According to the details, the selected individual will have to watch 13 of the scariest movies ever made and their heart rate will be monitored by using Fitbit.
Moreover, the participant is required to watch the following films from October 9 to October 18.
“In honor of the upcoming spooky season, we at FinanceBuzz are dying to know whether high-budget horror movies deliver stronger scares than low-budget ones”, reads the release.
The list of movies includes Saw, Amityville Horror, A Quiet Place, A Quiet Place Part 2, Candyman, Insidious, The Blair Witch Project, Sinister, Get Out, The Purge, Halloween (2018), Paranormal Activity, and Annabelle.
