Civil Aviation wrote a letter to the FIA alleging that four acres of land at Jinnah International Airport had been allotted to a builder through forgery. At the request of Civil Aviation, the FIA has launched a formal investigation. When the complaint reached the Chief Minister’s House, the CM House said that no such summary had come to the Chief Minister’s House

With the connivance of Malir’s Deputy Commissioner and Civil Aviation Authority officials, the land at Jinnah International Airport was allotted to a man named Nabi Bakhsh in 1992 through a fake summary, after which the land was transferred to a builder. In the IA investigation, the Chief Minister’s House declared the summary to be fake. No major action has been taken in the FIA investigation against former DC Malir Muhammad Ali Shah and others, however, the investigation is still ongoing
