Maryam Nawaz should ask Ishaq Dar to apologize with nation over economic catastrophe

After leading the country on the path of economic disaster, Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has challenged Imran Khan’s economic team to debate. President Maryam Nawaz Sharif has kept a fast of silence instead of speaking about Ishaq Dar’s economic policies, not least because the Finance Minister is her sister’s father-in-law.

Ishaq Dar said that Imran Khan did not implement the agreements made by international financial institutions, but broke the agreements himself after seeing the government go.

He said that we are not responsible for the deterioration of the economy, but Imran Khan, who brought the economy to the brink of destruction, we sacrificed politics to save the state.
