Senior Civil Judge Lower Dir Arrested For Allegedly Raping Girl
Police Of Bhumbat Police Station said that Judge will be produced in the court for remand.
A senior civil judge of Timergara Court was arrested for allegedly raping a girl in Lower Dir district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province while the victim girl was also taken into police custody.
According to the details, a woman named Dua from Chitral has filed a petition in Blumbit police station of Lower Dir in which it has been stated that senior civil judge Jamshed Kundi posted in Timergarh court has sexually assaulted me.

The woman has taken a stand in her petition that the senior civil judge had demanded a bribe of Rs 1.5 million from her 3 months ago and promised to give a job to her sister. However, a few days later, Senior Judge Jamshed Kundi said that the job was out of his hands.
When I demanded the return of my jewelery, they called me to their residence in Temergarh where they demanded me to fulfill their sexual desires after drinking tea. On my refusal they not only refused to return the jewelery to me. He refused and even forced me to do so.
The police have registered a case against the senior civil judge under section pcc.376 at the request of the woman while the victim has been shifted to Timergarh Teaching Hospital for medical report.
The police of Blumbat police station said that the senior judge will be produced in the court and remand will be obtained after which the investigation will be started.
