American blogger Cynthia Ritchie has got in the spotlight once again after she was found unconscious at her flat in Islamabad.
The blogger was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment and further details will be revealed after her medical report.

Cynthia received prominence last year with allegations against Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and former interior minister Rehman Malik for giving her a toxic drink and raping her a few years back.
However, earlier this year, she requested the court to dismiss her petition while purporting that the reconciliation was due to ‘so many uni-directional pressures’.

The 44-year-old blogger has been residing in Pakistan for nearly a decade now with numerous controversies related to her connections with the military and politicians.
Cynthia Ritchie first landed in Pakistan on a three-day visit visa in 2010. The American blogger has participated in numerous welfare activities related to health and development.
Notably, the interior ministry last year had rejected her visa extension after which the blogger reached Islamabad High Court (IHC) and got a stay.
