Difference Between Imran Khan And Jacinda Ardern?

One visited Muslims after the massacre while other is being demanded to visit them but he is paying no heed

Comparable incidents in two different countries and how they were handled is what defines the difference between New Zealand’s Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Some 11 coal miners of the Hazara Shia community were killed in the Mach area of Balochistan after being kidnapped and a similar brutal incident took place in New Zealand’s city of Christchurch on March 15, 2019, in which 51 Muslims were shot dead.

NZ Premier Jacinda Ardern visited families of victims and extended an apology to the people of the tiny-Muslim minority in New Zealand on failing to provide protection.

However, the Hazara Shia community in Pakistan is still longing for the visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan and has refused to bury the 11 coal miners until the safety of the community is ensured.

However, unlike the prime minister of a secular state Jacinda Ardern, the head of an Islamic state Imran Khan has not addressed the grievances of the emotionally-charged Muslim community that has staged sit-ins across Karachi on Wednesday to record protests and fulfillment of demands as well as to draw the attention of the government.

Meanwhile, the government has failed on another front that is the blockage of roads by the demonstrators owing to which thousands of people across Karachi faced extreme difficulties in reaching their destinations and workplaces.

It is yet to see when Imran Khan would approach the Hazara Shia community to assure them of protection that they have longed for.
