Exams Okayed For Matric, Intermediate & Cambridge
The students demanded cancellation of exams by launching a trend on microblogging website Twitter which remained on top

Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood said that the students from class 1 to 8 in coronavirus hotspot districts would not go to schools while the exams for matric, intermediate and Cambridge would be conducted under SOPs.
The exams of matric and intermediate would be held in the third week of May while Cambridge exams would be conducted as scheduled.
The minister suggested the students carry on with preparations as nobody would be promoted to the next class without examinations.
He said that education ministers of all provinces suggested conducting them.
The next review meeting regarding the reopening of schools would be convened on April 28.

However, the students and artists in Pakistan wanted otherwise.

Students have really been disturbed due to the ongoing pandemic causing the institutes to close/open again & again. I personally know some students that haven’t been able to complete their syllabuses as well. Please kuch karain aur bacho ka saath dain. 🙏🏽 @Shafqat_Mahmood
