Islamabad High Court suspends Imran khan’s non bailable warrant

The Islamabad High Court stopped the Islamabad Police from arresting Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana criminal case.

The lawyer of Tehreek-e-Insaf had challenged the rejection of the warrant cancellation request in the Tosha Khana criminal case in the Sessions Court of Islamabad High Court.

In the petition filed by Imran Khan, it has been said that he will appear in the session court of Islamabad himself tomorrow, to stop the police from arresting him by accepting the affidavit. Imran Khan requested the Islamabad High Court to hear the petition today. was

The Islamabad High Court has ordered that Imran Khan appear in the trial court tomorrow during court hours. If this affidavit is violated, there will be consequences, contempt of court action will be taken.

The High Court has ordered that Imran Khan should be given an opportunity to appear in the trial court, the district administration and Islamabad police should take steps to provide security to Imran Khan.

On the other hand, the Lahore High Court summoned the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan at 5:30 pm and requested details of the cases registered against Imran Khan from the provincial governments.
