In this regard, the Senator moved a resolution in the upper house, demanding all ministries, divisions, and their subsidiaries to design a job portal on their respective websites.

Through online job portals, people will be hired by an online merit-based procedure and it will assist in controlling dishonest practices that are jeopardizing the merit system, he wrote.
In another tweet, Faisal Javed wrote that the job portals of ministries will cater to the most deserving and eligible persons and hence eclipsing the future of the nation.
This will ensure transparency and guard against the corrupt practices like bribery, favoritism, nepotism and other dishonest acts that are jeopardizing the merit system and the career of most deserving and eligible persons and hence eclipsing the future of the nation.
