Senior journalist and anchorperson Kamran Khan has requested Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa to use ‘power influence’ to end ‘logjam’ in the country.
In a series of Twitter messages, Kamran Khan said that the situation is grim on the economic front and it is getting bleak every hour. “This is not the case of interference in the political affairs.”

He suggested, “The Corps Commanders and PSOs must meet under the COAS to use Alhamdolillah still intact power influence and respect of Pakistan Army to end the logjam.”

In another tweet, Khan said that General Bajwa should take notice of the catastrophic situation in Pakistan and the country is near bankruptcy while the corrupt political leadership is completely neglecting the danger. He asked General Bajwa that it is a crime to stay neutral despite having power to control the situation.

He criticised that the federal government has only two-vote majority in the parliament and it is doing efforts to at least dissolve the corruption cases including money laundering and fake bank accounts besides wasting the evidence. On the other hand, there is no government in Punjab, the biggest province of Pakistan, as neither there is a cabinet nor governor while Hamza Shahbaz and others have already vanished from the scene.
