Maryam Nawaz seems completely unaware of cypher

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice-President Maryam Nawaz is seemingly completely unaware of the cypher or diplomatic cable as she claimed that the foreign countries have rejected to send cypher to Pakistan anymore.

In a media statement, Maryam Nawaz slammed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former premier Imran Khan for building a conspiracy over cypher. She added that it will happen when an unserious individual was given Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) to play with the future of the nation.

She further said that the foreign ministry’s officials are now saying that Pakistan’s communication globally was dented as the foreign countries are now reluctant to send cypher to Pakistan as they felt the contents of the diplomatic cable will be manipulated.

Analysts said that as a senior politician, the PML-N VP should know that cyphers or diplomatic cables are sent by ambassadors to the foreign ministry but not the other countries.

They expressed surprise over the lack of knowledge of Maryam Nawaz regarding the cypher as her own political party has once rejected the veracity of the cypher and then constituted a high-powered inquiry committee regarding the missing cypher.

They suggested that politicians should be aware of diplomatic matters to avoid facing embarrassment by making false statements.
