Among the opposition parties, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) appears to have capitalized the most that has impressed its opponents as well.
Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML) leader and former defence minister Khawaja Asif praised PPP saying it is the party that is gaining the most.
The ex-minister isn’t the only opponent of PPP who believes so. The former interior minister and Asif’s ex-party colleague Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan also ranges with himself.
Both leaders are seemingly impressed by the backdoor maneuvering of PPP for improvement in its position among the opposition parties which have otherwise taken a rigid stance against the establishment.
