Pakistan’s Famous Foam Brands Enter Another Battle

After a gap of a couple of years, Pakistan’s two famous foam brands are ready for a new battle.

Molty Foam, owned by Master Group, issued a public notice in a newspaper against its competitor Diamond Foam over blatantly copying its trademarks and even some of the brands that fall under it.

The company put the spotlight on some of the imitated products by Diamond Foam for which it has been restrained by the court.

The notice said that the foam company was still using the brands it has been restricted for with imprudence and barefaced audacity.

The copied brands were also enlisted in the newspaper along with court orders barring them to do so.

The battle between Pakistan’s two famous brands started back in 2019 when Diamond Foam used the Papa Jaani slogan of Molty Foam in advertisements to mock its competitor.

However, the matter landed in court and Diamond Foam was stopped from using the fabled slogan as it was trademarked.
