Pakistan Muslim League (N) has boycotted Punjab general elections, leadership has decided not to issue tickets to any candidate.

According to details, leadership of Muslim League (N) has boycotted general elections in Punjab on May 14 and has decided not to issue tickets to any candidate.

Whether elections are held in Punjab or not is a question mark. However, the PML-N has boycotted Punjab elections. PML-N leadership says that our position regarding May 14 elections is clear.

A party leadership meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in which it was decided that the PML-N will not participate in the Punjab elections.

It should be noted that today is the last day to submit tickets according to the schedule of the Election Commission regarding the general elections in Punjab. In this regard, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has issued tickets to all its candidates. Ticket submission by PTI candidates is also going on.

On the other hand, in a meeting chaired by PML-N President and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, it was decided not to take part in the general elections of Punjab.
