PML-N Remains Tight-Lipped Over Muhammad Zubair’s Video

A leaked video of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former governor of Sindh Muhammad Zubair surfaced on social media shocked the nation but the party leadership has seemingly turned a blind eye towards it.
The video, that showed Muhammad Zubair involved in sex acts, left the netizens in shock but PML-N leadership remained tight-lipped except party’s Punjab President Rana Sanaullah.
Rana Sanaullah said that the video was doctored and posting such videos on social media is a wrong trend.

He was of the view that the trend of posting fake videos must halt otherwise, the time would come when everyone’s fake videos would be on social media.
On the other hand, Muhammad Zubair also hit at his opponents on the video matter, claiming it to be fake and doctored against him.

Several users of social media have ranged themselves with Zubair as they too believe that the video is fake.
The former governor of Sindh is currently the spokesperson of PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif and Vice-President Maryam Nawaz.
He had also served as the privatization minister during PML-N tenure.
It is yet to be seen whether the PML-N chief removes his spokesperson from the key position in the party.
