Rana Sanaullah threatens PTI ahead of Punjab CM elections

PML-N leader and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has threatened Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ahead of the Punjab CM elections.

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has threatened Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ahead of the Punjab CM elections.

Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah gave news threats to the PTI and said that it would not be easy for the winning political party of the by-elections for getting the Punjab government. He was talking to a Geo News program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath.

The PML-N stalwart vented out anger at PTI after winning the seats in the Punjab by-polls. He said that it would not be easy for PTI to get the Punjab government as the rival party was not having much big majority in the provincial assembly.

He said that there was a difference of only five votes and if these lawmakers did not attend the polling for CM elections then the rival party would not be able to form its government in Punjab.

He added that PML-N will not stop anyone from casting votes but if the lawmakers decide themselves to not participate in the CM elections. Sanaullah slammed PTI Chief Imran Khan for criticising the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and other national institutions. He said that they would not allow them to continue targeting the institutions.

Rana Sanaullah said that PML-N accepted its defeat in by-polls but Imran Khan did not stop maligning the institutions. He vowed that PML-N will give tit-for-tat response to the PTI if Imran Khan did not refrain from targeting institutions.
