US Senator Wants Facebook to Preserve Sensitive Data

After shocking revelations by whistleblower Frances Haugen, Senate Commerce Committee Chairperson has asked Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to preserve all documents related to testimony.
“The testimony raises significant concerns about whether Facebook has misled the public, federal regulators, and this committee”, said Maria Cantwell statement.
The committee chairman asked Facebook to not retain all documents which contained data of internal research mentioned by the whistleblower.
It also sought details of the experiments that Facebook uses to have an impact on ranking systems and people aged below 18.
