زین حسن آفندی کا قتل آصف زرداری کے لیے چیلنج
زین حسن آفندی آصف زرداری کے کزن تھے او سندھ میں اس وقت پیپلزپارٹی کی حکومت ہے۔
کراچی کے معتبر تعلیمی ادارے سندھ مدرستہ الاسلام کے بانی حسن علی آفندی کے پوتے اور سابق صدر آصف علی زرداری کے کزن زین حسن آفندی کے قتل کی تحقیقات جاری ہیں اور ملزمان کی گرفتاری کا معاملہ آصف زرداری کے لیے چیلنج بن گیا ہے۔
پولیس حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ زین حسن آفندی کو بدھ کی صبح مزار قائد کے قریب بنگلے میں داخل ہو کر قتل کیا گیا۔ ان کے بنگلے میں صبح 4 بجے 5 مسلح ڈاکو داخل ہوئے۔ گھر کے ملازمین کو باندھ کر ڈاکوؤں نے لوٹ مار کی کوشش کی اوردروازہ توڑ کر زین حسن آفندی کے کمرے میں داخل ہوئے۔ اِس واردات کے دوران مزاحمت کرنے پرمنہ میں گولی ما ر کر زین حسن آفندی کو قتل کیا گیا۔ واردات کے وقت گھر میں زین آفندی کے اہلِ خانہ اور ملازمین موجود تھے۔
پولیس حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ ڈاکوؤں نے گھرمیں کل 6 گولیاں چلائیں۔ واردات میں 2 موبائل فونزاورطلائی زیوارات لوٹے گئے۔
زین حسن آفندی دادو کے زمیندارتھے اور اِس کے علاوہ آئی ٹی اور فوڈ کمپنی چلاتے تھے۔ سندھ میں اس وقت پاکستان پیپلزپارٹی کی حکومت ہے اور زین آفندی آصف علی زرداری کے بھی قریبی عزیزبتائے جاتے ہیں۔ اس لیے سابق صدرآصف زرداری کے لیے ملزمان کی گرفتاری چیلنج بن گئی ہے۔
سندھ مدرسۃ الاسلام کے بانی حسن علی آفندی کے پوتے زین آفندی کے قتل کا مقدمہ جمعرات کواُن کی بیوہ کی مدعیت میں جمشید کوارٹرز پولیس نے درج کرلیا ہے۔ پولیس نے تحقیقات کے لیے ٹیم تشکیل دے دی ہے۔
مقتول کی بیوہ کا کہنا ہے کہ رات 4 بجکر20 منٹ پر 4 مسلح افراد کمرے کا دروازہ توڑکراندرداخل ہوئے۔ زیورات مانگنے پرانہوں نے چین اورانگوٹھی انہیں دے دی۔ ایک ڈاکو اُن کے شوہر کو دھکیلتا ہوا دوسرے کمرے میں لے گیا۔ دوسرے ڈاکو نے ٹیبل پررکھے شوہر کے دو موبائل فونز اور پرس اٹھا لیا تھا۔ ملزم نے پہلا فائر کیا تو ان کے شوہر بچ گئے لیکن دوسرے فائرپرگولی ان کے منہ پر لگی۔ جس کے بعد ڈاکوؤں نے مزید 3 سے 4 گولیاں چلائیں۔

کراچی پولیس کی تفتیشی ٹیم نے زین آفندی کے کمرے کا معائنہ اور ملازمین سے پوچھ گچھ کی۔ ایڈیشنل آئی جی کراچی غلام نبی میمن زین آفندی کے گھر پہنچے اور میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج اور دیگر شواہد کی مدد سے کیس کی تفتیش کررہے ہیں۔ ہر پہلو سے تحقیقات کی جارہی ہے تاہم ملزمان کو جلد گرفتار کرلیں گے۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ کرائم سین یونٹ کو دستیاب شواہد کی روشنی میں کام کرنے میں تھوڑا وقت لگے گا۔ پہلے محنت کی ہے اور اس بار بھی کامیابی کی اُمید ہے۔ زین آفندی قتل کیس کی تحقیقات کے لیے جامشورو سے فارنزک ماہرین کی ٹیم کو کراچی طلب کرلیا گیا ہے۔ ٹیم تکنیکی بنیادوں پر شواہد جمع کرنے میں مدد کرے گی۔
