Will Smith to be The Father of Williams Sisters in New Biopic

American actor turned film producer Will Smith has left his fans speechless as the first trailer of King Richard, a biopic about the father of tennis stars Serena and Venus, revealed his role.
Will is playing the role of the father of two famous tennis stars, Richard Williams, and the story unfolds different phases of life and depicts the relationship between father and daughters.
The biopic has been inspired by the true story of the Williams sisters and their father and his struggle of training his daughters to become world-recognized tennis stars.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Will Smith shared a glance of the movie with his social media users.
“You will be representing every little black girl on Earth”, says Smith in the trailer while delivering an emotional speech to his daughters.

The biopic is directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green and also stars Aunjanue Ellis and Jon Bernthal.
Apart from Will Smith, playing the role of Richard William, the role of Serena and Venus are played by actresses Demi Singleton and Saniyya Sidney respectively.
Venus Williams is a 7-time and Serena is a 23-time Grand Slam title winner.
The film is expected to hit the screens on November 18 this year.
