Stray Dogs in Karachi Takeover Sindh Secretariat Too

The horrifying issue of stray dogs in Karachi has taken over Sindh Secretariat too and the employees are facing trouble due to this.

It came to the notice of News360 that the stray dogs have been roaming freely on the premises of the Sindh Secretariat.

The employees were reluctant to enter the main gate due to the fear of dogs.

The issue of vagrant dogs in Sindh roaming and attacking the citizens has swollen up in the past few months.

Karachiites have been facing the issue for long and despite multiple dog-bite incidents, no action has been taken.

Earlier, Opposition Leader in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh also demanded resignation from Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari over the issue.

As per a rough estimate, nearly 50,000 citizens are bitten by the canines every year in Karachi meanwhile around 200,000 dogs are living on the streets.

The locals are distressed with the growing number of stray dogs and demand a culling drive at the earliest.

Plz eradicate the stray dogs from streets of karachi because of bite habit as well as one female dog is doing reproductive process through gang of male dogs on streets.

The unavailability of the vaccine for dog-bite cases in hospitals of Sindh has added insult to the injuries of the locals.
