Pakistani-Canadian film actress, Armeena Khan, poured scorn on someone from the entertainment industry for using religion in booming their acting career but her followers are smart to catch the hit.
Armeena has been part of the industry for a very long time and though she resides in Canada, she often visits the country for a project, leaving her Pakistani followers convinced with her acting passion.

Replying to Armeena, netizens seem like-minded and lamented that this practice is pretty common in politics too besides showbiz.
I don’t know about whom u r talking….but unfortunately this is very common in Pakistan…and not just acting but everything specially politicians have their entire careers based on religious extremism! Sigh

While some of the Twitter users were in accord, the rest were sure that Armeena was pointing at Hamza Ali Abbasi and Feroze Khan, who quit showbiz on religious grounds but returned shortly.
Back in 2019, Pakistani star Hamza Ali Abbasi told the fans about his temporary break from acting, vowing to spend his life spreading the message of Islam.
Later in 2020, the Pyare Afzal actor revealed that he is planning for a comeback on the TV screen during a virtual discussion with host Ahmed Ali Butt.
Shortly after Hamza made a re-entry, Ishqiya actor Feroze Khan decided to bid farewell to the entertainment industry for religious reasons in March 2020 and returned after few months.
