Govt to Tighten Grip Over Unvaccinated Citizens
In the latest notification, NCOC has decided to relax restrictions in 8 cities with the highest level of vaccination
Though Pakistan managed to vaccinate more than 80 million citizens, the revised strategy to inoculate more people will include the imposition of strict restrictions on the unvaccinated individuals from October 1.
In the latest notification, National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has decided to relax restrictions in 8 cities with the highest level of vaccination.
These cities include Quetta, Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, and Skardu.
So far, over 50 million people have received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.

Taking to its Twitter handle, NCOC posted a photo of the notification in which it is requesting citizens to get themselves jabbed or else they won’t be avail different services.

The health officials have declared vaccination mandatory for the teachers, management and transport staff of the educational institutions to get both doses done by September 30.
According to new orders, unvaccinated people will not be allowed to enter weddings halls, restaurants, shopping malls, travel abroad or domestically, and cannot be part of an educational institution’s staff.
On the other hand, Punjab government has ordered deputy commissioners (DCs) to ensure implementation of these guidelines in their respective districts.
