Besides getting featured in the Museum of Memes, many social media users have termed the facial expression of the disappointed fan as ‘perfect’ for describing a feeling of failure.

The disappointed fan meme was also highlighted recently by Coca-Cola in one of its Pakistani commercials where he got excited after having a sip of the beverage.
