Three sons of a renowned orthopaedic physician, Dr Nasir Achakzai, have been killed in a car firing incident in Balochistan's capital Quetta.
Three sons of a renowned orthopaedic physician, Dr Nasir Achakzai, have been killed in a car firing incident in Balochistan’s capital Quetta.
The incident took place at Quetta’s Joint Road when his family was returning home after attending a wedding ceremony, according to police.
Unidentified armed men opened fire on his vehicle near his residence, leaving three sons of Dr Achaizai killed. The deceased persons include Zaryan, 20, Sadran, 18 and the doctor’s third son 8-year-old boy.
The attackers managed to flee from the scene. Police rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies to the Civil Hospital.

Inspector General (IG) Police of Balochistan took notice of the incident and summoned a probe report from the DIG.
