خیبرپختونخوا میں کچرے سے کھاد بنانے کا منصوبہ
ضلع مردان میں رفاعی اداروں کے تعاون سے 20 کروڑ روپے کی لاگت سے سینٹر بنادیا گیا ہے۔
پاکستان کے صوبہ خیبرپختونخوا کی تاریخ میں پہلی بار کچرے سے نامیاتی کھاد بنانے کا منصوبہ شروع کردیا گیا ہے جس کے لیے ضلع مردان میں رفاعی اداروں کے تعاون سے 20 کروڑ روپے کی لاگت سے سینٹر بنادیا گیا ہے۔
اس منصوبے کے تحت مردان بھر سے 200 ٹن تک کچرے سے نامیاتی کھاد بنائی جائے گی جس کے لیے منڈیوں اور بازاروں سمیت گلی کوچوں سے روزانہ 5 ٹن کچرا اکٹھا کیا جارہا ہے۔
اس کچرے کو مخصوص سینٹر میں جمع کرنے کے بعد مختلف مراحل سے گزار کر 45 دن کے لیے رکھا جاتا ہے جس کے بعد کچرا قدرتی طور پر نامیاتی کھاد میں تبدیل ہوجاتا ہے۔
نامیاتی کھاد پوری دنیا میں سبزیوں اورپھلوں کے باغات کے لیے استعمال کی جاتی ہے لیکن پاکستان میں اس کا استعمال نہ ہونے کے برابر ہے۔ اس لیے مردان میں اس سینٹر کے قیام سے جہاں کچرا کچرا نہیں رہے گا وہیں یہ منصوبہ ماحولیاتی اعتبار سے بھی کافی مددگار ثابت ہوگا۔
